On the Sydney Gateway project, our role focused on commercial and contract management, specifically overseeing the Sydney Airport Deed. This involved ensuring seamless back-to-back agreements between Sydney Airport and the Contractor, managing contractual obligations, and mitigating risks to protect project interests. Our work required close collaboration with key stakeholders to align commercial terms, resolve disputes, and maintain compliance, contributing to the successful execution of this critical transport infrastructure project.
