Our team was on-site at Burwood North Metro Station as part of the Central Tunnelling Package (CTP) contract. Initially, we managed the $2B contract as the Principal, overseeing commercial and contractual aspects to ensure compliance and performance.

As the project progressed, our focus shifted towards technical engineering quality and project management, ensuring construction met stringent design and safety standards. This role involved close coordination with stakeholders, rigorous quality control and proactive risk and program management to support the successful delivery of this critical infrastructure.
